Completed 19-of-29 passes for 265 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions, completing 66 percent of his passes, and carried the ball eight times for 30 yards as the Delta Devils picked up their first win of the season, defeating Arkansas-Pine Bluff 42-17. MVSU’s first three touchdowns of the game were thrown by Williams.
Williams has thrown for over 200 yards in each of his last two games and has four touchdowns and no interceptions. He is a true freshman.
