Tennessee State Wide Receiver/Punt Returner Chris Rowland 5-8, 180, Senior, Nolensville, Tenn. Recorded 12 receptions for 148 yards and a touchdown and recorded 161 multi-purpose yards as the Tigers defeated Tennessee Tech 37-27. His 1,949 multi-purpose yards and 1,437 receiving yards lead FCS and his 104 receptions are second.
