Donal, I like the idea of expanding to a playoff type system leading to the Celebration Bowl. Also, I don’t see Tenn St leaving the OVC to join the MEAC or the SWAC anytime soon. So they will have to be excluded from the HBCU National Championship. Maybe, the OVC could grant Tenn St a waiver to participate. When was the last time Tenn St made the FCS playoffs?
