Fort Valley State Running Back Emmanuel Wilson 6-1, 220, Redshirt-Junior, Charlotte, N.C. Carried the ball 28 times for 221 yards, averaged 7.9 yards per carry, and three touchdowns as Fort Valley State defeated Albany State 31-21 in the Fountain City Classic. The win helped propel the Wildcats into the No. 7 spot in the Division

He leads the SIAC and is fifth in the country

HBCU National Player of the Week: Ike Brown
Lane Running Back Ike Brown 5-10, 226, Sophomore, Shreveport, La. Accumulated 137 yards of total offense on 20 touches and accounted for three scores in the Dragons 28-27 upset overtime win over Tennessee State. He scored on an 11-yard run in overtime and ran in the two-point conversion to win the game for the Dragons.
