Detroit Lions are a win away from making the playoffs. Second year general manager Brad Holmes is a big reason for that. The North Carolina A&T grad sat down with Donal Ware as he was just getting settled into his role and talked about the Lions, trading for quarterback Jared Goff and his time at A&T. (This year, he drafted Jackson State defensive end James Houston, who has eight sacks in six games, in the sixth round.)  Watch the conversation.
