Averaged 22.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and shot 59 percent from the field in helping lead the Golden Bulls to a 2-0 record last week. In the victory against Claflin (2/24), he scored 24 points, grabbed seven rebounds, and made 9-of-14 field goals including 2-of-4 from three-point range.

Huggins is second in the CIAA in field goal percentage (.561) and fourth in scoring (17.4). He transferred from Pitt Community College (NC) last year where  he averaged 20.5 points, 12.5 rebounds, and 4.4 blocks per game earning Region 10 DII Player of the Year honors.
