Golden Tigers’ JuToreyia Willis is HBCU National Player of the Week. She averaged 22.3 points, 4.0 assists, 3.0 rebounds, and 2.0 steals per game, and shot 55 percent from the field and made 5-of-7 three-pointers in three victories for the Golden Tigers in the SIAC Tournament. In the championship game victory over Miles, (3/4) she scored 25 points, handed out five assists, grabbed four rebounds, and had two steals.

Willis was named first team All-SIAC and is averaging 14.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, is shooting 48 percent from the field. Her 3.3 steals per game leads the conference and is fourth in Division II and her 4.4 assists per game lead the SIAC.
