Completed 14-of-23 passes (61 percent) for 294 yards with three touchdowns and carried the ball another 10 times for 55 yards and a score as the Trojans defeated rival Virginia Union 35-28 to secure their spot in the CIAA championship game. The Trojans will face the defending champion Panthers again on Saturday in the championship game. His 344 yards of total offense was the most he has had this season.

Williams leads the CIAA in total offense (2,416) and touchdowns responsible for (24) and is second in the conference in passing yards (2,173), passing touchdowns (20), and completing percentage (61.3).
