Averaged 21.5 points, 4.0 assists, 5.0 rebounds, and 3.0 steals while shooting 59 percent (10/17) from three-point range in helping lead the Tigers to a 2-0 record last week. In the Tigers’ victory over Prairie View A&M (2/1), he scored 23 points, registered four steals, five rebounds,  and four steals. He also connected on 6-of-10 three-pointers.

McClain leads the SWAC in assists (4.4) and is the fifth leading scorer in the SWAC (14.9). He is shooting 43 percent from three-point range and 90 percent from three free throw line. Last year at Abilene Christian, he averaged 6.2 points per game.
