Norfolk State’s Hicks leads BOXTOROW Women’s Division I All-America Team
BOXTOROW is announcing the All-Americans of the 2020 Division I women’s basketball season. Norfolk State guard Chanette Hicks was named BOXTOROW National Player of the Year.
