National Player of the Week: D. J. Johnson
Saint Augustine’s Quarterback D.J. Johnson 5-10, 175, Sophomore, Richmond, Va. Completed 19-of-35 passes for 244 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions and rushed for 87 yards and two touchdowns in the Falcons 38-37 double-overtime victory over Livingstone. In the second overtime, he threw what amounted to the game-winning touchdown. Presented by North Carolina Mutual

National Player of the Week: Tarik Cohen
North Carolina A&T Running Back Tarik Cohen 5-6, 173, Sr., Bunn, N.C. Carried the ball 21 times for 200 yards including a 62-yard touchdown run in which he became the MEAC’s all-time leading rusher as the Aggies defeated Norfolk State 35-0. Presented by North Carolina Mutual

National Player of the Week: Lane Clark
Tennessee State Kicker Lane Clark 5-10, 170, Jr., Hays, Kan. Connected on field goals of 54 and 57 yards in the Tigers 34-30 victory over UT Martin. His 57-yarder is the longest in Division I football this season (both FCS and FBS). Presented by North Carolina Mutual

National Player of the Week: Jonathon McCrary
Clark-Atlanta Quarterback Johnathon McCrary 6-5, 220, r-Jr., Decatur, Ga. Completed 27-of-45 passes for 436 yards, five touchdowns and one interception in the Panthers 37-36 win over Morehouse. Presented by North Carolina Mutual
