NEW YORK CITY – North Carolina A&T State running back Tarik Cohen was selected as the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Offensive Player of the Year, while South Carolina State linebacker Darius Leonard was named MEAC Defensive Player of the Year.
