Recorded four receptions for 129 yards and two touchdowns as the Bulldogs defeated Tennessee Tech 22-20 in Cookeville, Tenn. Smith-Brown caught the first touchdown of the game, a 47-yarder in the first quarter. He then caught a 63-yard touchdown pass late in the second quarter.

Smith-Brown is second in the MEAC in receiving yards per game (66.4) and sixth in yards per receptions (15.1).
