Averaged 19.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, shot 47 percent from the field and 81 percent from three free throw line (22-of-27) in helping lead the Bulldogs to a 2-0 record last week. In the Bulldogs’ over MEAC first place Norfolk State, he scored 20 points, grabbed eight rebounds, had two blocked shots and two steals, and was 14-of-17 (.824) from the free throw line (he is shooting .672 from the line this season).

Jones is averaging 13.4 points and 5.5 rebounds per game. He is shooting 58 percent from the field and has the third most free throw attempts (201). Last season he played in 20 games, making 19 starts and averaged 5.6 points and 4.0 rebounds while shooting 45 percent from the field.
