The North Carolina A&T Aggies are the two-time defending BOXTOROW HBCU national champions. 2019 will look a little different for the Aggies as they lose all-time leading passer Lamar Raynard. Kylil Carter has been the backup quarterback the last four years and has been in and helped win some big games for the Aggies.
