4/21/21 HBCU Football Daily Podcast: Dawson Odums out at Southern, takes reigns at NSU. Who’s next at Southern?

Dawson Odums has left Southern to become the head football coach at Norfolk State. Odums compiled a 58-31 overall record, 49-15 in the SWAC over nine seasons. During his tenure, the Jaguars won the SWAC championship in 2013 and four SWAC Western Division crowns (2013. 2014, 2018, 2019). As important, his teams were 6-3 against Grambling in the Bayou Classic. His only losing season was 2012 when he took over as the interim coach after the Jaguars got off to an 0-2 start.
