He is a true freshman and last year was named the state 5A Offensive Player of the Year after leading Highland Springs to its second straight state championship. He passed for 2,682 yards and 27 touchdowns and rushed for 473 yards and 20 scores last year and was 39-3 as a high school starting quarterback.
