Completed 24-of-32 passes (75 percent) for 265 yards, with three touchdowns and no interceptions and also added another 16 yards rushing as the Golden Bulls remained undefeated with a 21-14 win over Shaw. Oceans touchdown throws were for 23, eight, and 12 yards.

A former two-star recruit from William Amos Hough High School in Cornelius, N.C. he initially played at Western Kentucky, then transferred to Valdosta State before transferring to JCSU. Ocean is completing 60 percent of his passes for 1,703 yards with 14 touchdowns and just one interception. He leads the CIAA and is 21st in the D2 in passing yards, leads D2 in touchdown to interception radio (14-1), and leads the CIAA and is 22nd in D2 in pass efficiency (157.4).
