Completed 14-of-24 passes for 240 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for another 42 yards on five carries and a touchdown as Howard defeated Norfolk State 27-23. His 15-yard touchdown pass to Jared Hunter with 1:17 completed a nine-play, 64-yard game-winning-drive.
Williams has now thrown for 6,163 yards and 45 touchdowns and has rushed for another 13 touchdowns in his career. Played a nearby Wise High School in Upper Marlboro, Md.
