Fayetteville State Guard Aniylah Bryant

Rarely does a player get recognized as HBCU National Player of the Week, but that is just what happened to Fayetteville State guard Aniylah Bryant. She averaged 22.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, 3.0 steals, and 3.0 assists in helping lead the Broncos to the CIAA Tournament championship. In the victory over Virginia State (3/1/24), she scored 31 points, handed out four assists, had four steals, and was 11-of-11 from the field and 5-of-5 from three-point range. She was named CIAA Tournament MVP.
This is Bryant’s third year in the Broncos program. She has helped lead the Broncos to a 27-2 overall record. She leads the nation in steals per game (4.4) and is second in the CIAA in scoring (17.3).
