Completed 20-of-31 passes for 248 yards with three touchdowns including the game-winner with 1:42 remaining as the Braves defeated Grambling 25-24. On the game-winning drive, Allen was 4-of-5 for 84 yards and found Tavarious Griffin for the game-winning 15-yard touchdown.
Allen is 12th in FCS and third in the SWAC in completion percentage (.686) and has the best touchdown to interception ratio in the conference (7-2). He has thrown for 1,177 yards on the season. He played four seasons at LA Tech before transferring to Alcorn State, where he made seven starts.
