Very few small college and HBCU players declare for the National Football League Draft early. But former North Carolina A&T cornerback Mac McCain is not your average person. McCain declared for this year’s draft in January. Some of the preeminent former HBCU football players have appeared on BOXTOROW over the years, weeks prior to the NFL Draft.
