Returned a punt 77 yards for the game-winning touchdown with 1:54 remaining as the Golden Lions defeated Mississippi Valley State 24-17.  In the game, he returned five punts for 142 yards, four kickoffs for 85 yards and also recorded four receptions for 61 yards. He totaled 279 all-purpose yards for the game.

In 2019, Ralph was a BOXTOROW All-American honorable mention and was named first team All-SWAC after leading the SWAC in punt return average (10.5).
