BOXTOROW National Player of the Week: Terrence Hunter-Whitfield

Virginia State Forward Terrence Hunter-Whitfield
6-5, Junior, Chesterfield, Va.

Averaged 29.5 points and 10 rebounds per game in two games last week for the Trojans. He scored 31 points on 9-of-15 shooting (5-of-9 from three-point range) and grabbed 11 rebounds against Winston-Salem State (1/6/22).

Hunter-Whitfield is averaging 13.7 points and 7.1 rebounds per game, while shooting 48 percent from the field and 52 percent from three-point range on the season. He is a transfer from Catawba and in his first season with the Trojans.
