BOXTOROW National Player of the Week: Shakyla Hill

Averaged 17 points, 8 assists, 9.3 rebounds and 3.0 steals in two victories for the Lady Tigers in wins over Alcorn State and Texas Southern. Hill recorded her second triple double of the season with 19 points, 10 assists and 11 rebounds at Texas Southern on Saturday. Hill is averaging 18.6 points, 5.6 assists, 7.5 rebounds and 3.8 steals on the season. She leads the SWAC in points, assists, steals and minutes (34.8) and is third in rebounding.

Last year, Hill received national attention after recording a quadruple double. She has been a BOXTOROW First Team All-American and last year was name BOXTOROW National Player of the Year.
