Hall became the CIAA’s all-time leading passer on a 17-yard completion to wide receiver Lansana Sesay in the Bulldogs 30-10 victory over Fayetteville State in the CIAA championship game. He tallied 318 yards of total offense and was responsible for all four touchdowns as Bowie State won its first CIAA championship. The reigning BOXTOROW National Offensive Player of the Year rushed for 138 yards and three touchdowns and completed 15-of-26 passes for 180 yards and a touchdown. Hall has thrown for 10,711 yards and 99 touchdowns in 36 games and rushed for 1,111 yards and 23 touchdowns.
