Savannah State Quarterback D’Vonn Gibbons

Accounted for 220 yards of total offense and six touchdowns as the Tigers defeated Fort Valley State 53-24.  Gibbons carried the ball 17 times for 145 yards and two touchdowns and completed 5-of-8 passes for 75 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions.

The win propelled the Tigers to the SIAC Eastern championship.
