South Carolina State tight end Temarrick Hemingway not only had a solid season for the Bulldogs, but has also had great production in preparing for the NFL Draft.
The Loris, SC native participated in the NFL Combine where he turned some heads and had the three best marks for tight ends with his 40-time (4.71), his 6.88 seconds in the 3-cone drill and 11.5 seconds in the 60-yard shuttle. Scouts like his quickness off the ball, fluidity and believe he will be a nightmare matchup for linebackers at the next level.
The first team All-MEAC performer talked with BOXTOROW host Donal Ware about the process to get to this point, coming to SCSU weighing just 170 pounds (he’s now 6’4″, 244), graduating South Carolina State in four years and what the school means to him.
