If we were to go one-on-one on the soccer field with 2015 FIFA Women’s World Player of the Year Carli Lloyd, we would have no chance.

After all, she was the hero for the U.S. in the World Cup Final against Japan last year scoring three goals (she was a guest on BOXTOROW two days before that game).  She has scored a whopping 24 International goals since that game which took place on July 5, 2015.

We prefer to bring her to where we are more comfortable – behind the mic.

Lloyd appeared as a guest on BOXTOROW w/ Donal Ware on SiriusXM Channel 141 on September 30 and talked about a number of things including her new book, equal pay for women, the disappointment of not winning the Olympics, and taking on the responsibility as a leader of U.S. Women’s Soccer.
