BOXTOROW will hold its 5th Countdown to Kickoff college football preview show on Saturday, August 21 beginning at 1 p.m. live from Zweli’s Kitchen located at 4600 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd., Durham, NC 27707. The show is presented by Harlem Beer NC.
The event will feature Shaw head coach Adrian Jones, North Carolina Central head coach Trei Oliver, North Carolina A&T head coach Sam Washington, and Winston-Salem State head coach Robert Massey all appearing in person. Saint Augustine’s head coach David Bowser and Johnson C. Smith head coach Kermit Blount will join the show via video. The show will be hosted by national radio voice and BOXTOROW host Donal Ware.
Everyone is invited to attend and the event is open to the public. Fans are encouraged to dress in school paraphernalia and come out and show support for their respective school and coach. Fans in attendance will also have an opportunity to win prizes and receive giveaways.
