Takeaways from Week 13’s poll:

  • Jackson State is No. 1 for the fourth straight week; received the majority of the first place votes
  • The top eight teams all won games and remain the same
  • No. 3 Tennessee State claimed a share of the Big South-OVC crown with its win over SEMO; it is the first conference title for the Tigers since 1999. The Tigers also made the FCS Playoffs for the first time since 2013
