Completed 17-of-24 passes for 241 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions, completing 71 percent of this passes in the Bison 35-6 victory over Morgan State to secure the Bison a share of the MEAC championship. He also rushed for a touchdown and caught a touchdown pass as well.

Williams has thrown for 4,801 yards in his three-year career with the Bison with 35 touchdowns and rushed for another 10 touchdowns.
